We are an established and growing Land Surveying company, serving the Los Angeles and surrounding counties for the past 22 years, seeking a Land Surveyor (minimum certification required: LSIT, PLS preferred), experienced in both field and especially office work. Must have at least 5 years experience as a Survey project manager.
Job duties include: boundary analysis, preparation of subdivision maps, draft Survey Maps: ALTA, Topographic, Record of Surveys, Tract & Parcel maps, Lot Line Adjustments, etc.., write legal descriptions, supervision and quality control.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be proficient with AutoCAD and a Surveying Software. Ability to do field work if needed.
This is a full time position with benefits - Paid vacation & major holidays, medical, 401k retirement plan.
